Urban Lease: All in One Rent does not collect, store or share any data. Everything you enter works locally on your device.
None. We do not collect personal information, property details, meter readings, photos or usage data.
Since we receive no information, we have nothing to use. Your entries are used only by the app on your device to show your own records.
All records are stored locally on your device. There is no cloud storage and no server holding a copy.
The app includes no analytics, advertising or tracking services, and shares nothing with third parties. It does not process payments or bank transfers.
Because data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security. We recommend using a screen lock and keeping your device updated.
The app is intended for property owners and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, in line with COPPA principles.
You are in full control. No account is needed, and you can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app.
If we update this policy, the new version and its effective date will appear on this page.
